Here's a very interesting article about a lawsuit between ECC Capital Corp and EMC Mortgage Corp, a subsidiary of Bear Stearns. Seems there have been some complaints (to the tune of about $20Million) that mortgage values dropped...oh, and that Bear Stearns didn't act diligently to collect all payments due. Just allegations, mind you...
