"We've had many housing bubbles in America in the last couple of hundred years. This is going to be the worst.''

Will this fiasco actually be the worst ever? I find that hard to believe, even though I'm not nearly as creatively-optimistic as the National Association of Realtors, who seem to fabricate good news from nearly any crisis (hey, my partner is a Realtor, so I can take some liberties here). What do you think?
